Payment Options
All payments are done through either EFT or secured by YOCO online payment.

Please be sure to use your NAME AND SURNAME as a payment reference. This usually takes 2 days to appear on our statement. Please email you Proof of Payment to info@nestlingprem.co.za.

Shipping
Packing your order:
Once we received your order in our inbox, we starts preparing it for you. If all your items are in stock, it normally takes between 1 and 2 business days to pack your order. Between office hours 9am – 15:00pm. 

Please place your order and pay before 9:30am for same day deliveries.

If you have chosen Courier Shipping, you will receive an email saying your order has been dispatched once we have finished packing. This email will contain the Courier name and Tracking Details. You will continue receiving email updates as your order progresses to you. If you are not receiving these emails, please check your Junkmail / Spam folder or email us. 

Please note: Courier Companies do not usually work over weekends. Therefore, delivery will happen during the week.

Delivery Options:
We use The Courier Guy to deliver your order to your door.

Upon placing your order, you will be given a choice of how you would like us to get your order to you. These are the options you can choose from:

Collection in Centurion,Midrand, Durban or Cape town:
If you stay in the area, you are welcome to collect at a time that is convenient for the both of us. Once your order is ready for collection (usually within 1 working days after placing the order), you will receive a Whatsapp Message with the address and collection times, saying “Order is ready for Collection”. This option is free of charge. 

Local Shipping- Main Areas Pretoria & Johannesburg:
If you stay in the suburbs of Pretoria or Johannesburg, you are welcome to select this option. Examples of Suburbs include Melville, Sandton, Centurion, Randburg, Garsfontein, Arcadia, etc. If there is stock available

Areas such as Soshanguve, Lenasia, Rayton, etc are not included, as these will fall under “Small Towns” or “Townships”.

This option takes between 1 and 2 working days shipping after your order has been dispatched. 

Main Cities Shipping:
If you stay in a metropole, such as Durban, Cape Town, Bloemfontein, Kimberly, Port Elizabeth, East London, Polokwane, Nelspruit, etc, you are welcome to choose this option. 

Please note, this does not towns close to the Metropole, such as Margate (close to Durban) or Paarl (close to Cape Town). 

This option takes between 1 and 3 working days shipping after your order has been dispatched. 

Smaller Cities and Towns Shipping:
If your area does not fall under the previous two categories (Pta / JHB or Metropole), but is not a rural village or farm, this is the option for you. 

Examples of these include: Strandfontein, Paarl, Cullinan, Frankfort, Kuruman, Clanwilliam, Pietermaritzburg, etc. 

This option takes between 2 and 5 working days shipping after your order has been dispatched, depending how often the couriers visit your area.

Rural Areas and Farms Shipping:
If you stay in a rural area, village or farm, this is the option for you. For these areas we will sometimes use Aramex if our usual couriers don’t have routes through your area. 

Examples of these areas include: Takalani, Mohlonong, Kanonkop Winery, Carmien Tea Farm, Ga-Matlala, Byldrift. 

This option takes between 3 and 5 working days shipping after your order has been dispatched, depending how often the couriers visit your area. Might be and extra charge for rural areas.

Overnight Shipping to main areas only: 
If you urgently require a product and you stay in a medium to large city, you can select this option.

The deadline for this option is 9AM the morning, should you require the item the following working day.

Please note, if you select this option while staying in a small city or town, we will still ship it at the fastest affordable rate that is equal to or in the vicinity of R135 incl Vat. We can’t, however, guarantee it will be overnight shipping. 

Once the courier has picked up your order:
Please track the order using the details we have sent to you. If you need to change an address or need to make arrangements with the courier, please contact the specific courier directly (their company name and details will be on the emails we sent you). 

Nestling Prem will deliver to all major regions via couriers. Once you have placed your order online, we will dispatch orders within 10 working days from payment confirmation via Yoco or EFT. We make use of The Courier Guy if requested.

Please Note leading up to the festive season, deliveries may be prolonged due to fluctuation on distributors.

If you require an urgent delivery, please email nicolle@nestlingprem.co.za with your name & order number so we can do our best to arrange this for you. Couriers offer a same day service, Saturday service, after hours service as well as early bird service at an additional fee which is not stated.

If your order is delayed due to a stock shortage, you will be contacted by phone or email. If you wish to cancel your order due to longer than expected delivery times you may do so. We do rely on our suppliers for stock so this is sometimes out of our control.

Pick-Ups
Collection options available in Centurion, Midrand, Witbank, Durban and Cape Town by arrangement only. Please arrange via 0728065892

Returns
We are unable to refund postage costs for returns unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect.

In this case, please email info@nestlingprem.co.za prior to sending goods back.

Exchanges that are not the result of a defect or a mistake where Nestling has sent you the wrong product can not be refunded unless otherwise stated.

Conditions

  • No refunds or exchanges will be offered for products that have had tags removed, have been worn or washed.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be offered on products or any garments where the packaging has been damaged.
  • No refunds on premature baby nappies.
  • Nestling is not responsible for the for-freight costs in returning the items to our warehouse, except where the goods are deemed faulty in which case Nestling will cover any postage costs. Please email info@nestlingprem.co.za prior to sending goods back.
  • Refunds will only be made by the original payment method, and in the case of credit cards only back to the original card.
  • Items for return should be kept in a smoke-free environment as returns will be refused on items that are returned smelling of tobacco smoke.
  • If you have not adhered to the manufacturer’s conditions and instructions, Nestling will not honour the warranty.
  • Please contact us before sending the goods back.
